Carter & Cavero offer a ridiculously tasty array of olive oils and balsamic vinegars from their shop in Red Bank, NJ. The concept behind their company stretches beyond their line of products, however. The interior of their store is classic and tasteful, and most importantly to folks like me who enjoy cooking and eating, you can sample each of their oils and vinegars at their respective tasting stations.
